DELIVERIES:
We will aim to deliver your parcel to New ZealandPost in excellent condition and within 2 days of order being recieved, however we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail, this will be the customers responsibility. Insurance can be arranged on request by the customer in advance. Allow 7-10 days delivery within New Zealand and 7-30 days for International deliveries.
POST AND PACKAGING COSTS: NZD$3.50 inside NZ, "Set Flat rate" charge for 1 - 10 items, including rural delivery. This is standard post.
NZD$12.00 for orders outside NZ up to 5 items. Please contact us prior to ordering for larger orders.
MODIFICATIONS:
We reserve the right to edit, delete or modify any documents within our site, or to change pricing or Specials without prior notice.
PAYMENTS:
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal in US Dollars or Direct Transfer to our Bank Account - Acc details on request
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim for all our customers to be fully satisfied with our service & product. We will accept returns for replacement if faulty or fabric is flawed. Due to hygiene issues, we will only accept products back for a refund if the product is not as described on this Website.
